Host Gator is m preferred hosting service (I host this site on Host Gator. Their tech support is awesome (not that you ever need it).  I have used them for close to 10 years, and have never had a problem. They have unlimited web hosting, a 99.9 uptime guarantee. They have the Cpanel backend which makes adding scripts like Wordpress super easy. They have shared, dedicated, or VPS hosting. Packages started as low as $4.95 a month. Remember you can have unlimited websites on one account. They are truly hard to beat, which is why I recommend them so highly. Bluehost is another great company that has been recommended by many of my friends. They have a very similar setup like Host Gator (I just prefer Host Gator, but if for some reason you don't want to go with HostGator, these guys are just as good.
